OUR STORY

Our foundation was formed through rejection. When our founder, Chris Bernard, entered the real-estate industry, he had no support, no leads, and no mentorship — only closed doors. That experience shaped our philosophy: no agent should ever have to build their business alone. What began as a struggle became a solution. Today, Inn Property stands as the bridge we wish existed at the beginning.

We handle the time-consuming work — lead engagement, appointment booking, client communication, and administration — ensuring that agents spend their time on income-producing activities. Through our partnership with Milomi Bond, the pressure of financing is removed from the agent.
